Launching: 2 AND 1 Fitness Round One

We are moving indoors! 2 bootcamps and 1 spin class make for a great way to manage your fitness in the colder weather!

All classes are fun, cater to all levels and instructed by certified instructors.

When and Where

Spin: We are starting off with SPIN Classes on Sunday October 8th from 9 to 10am at the YMCA multipurpose room. This will be Every Sunday until December 17th.

Bootcamp: Classes start Tuesday, October 10th from 7:30 to 8:30pm and run every Tuesday and Thursday at the Syncrude Athletic Park Clubhouse at 101 Cartier Road. Classes run until December 21st. *No classes October 19 and 31st.
