Terms & Conditions

  • This agreement takes effect with initial service and automatically renews each month.
  • Credit card will be charged monthly for the 6-month duration of the membership.
  • If you require your membership to be frozen, club services can be extended to a maximum
    of 1 month.
  • Memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • Members are required to provide a 24 hour notice of appointment cancellation to avoid an additional
    charge of $50, as per our cancellation policy.
  • A valid credit card, address, email, birthday and phone number are required in order to enroll in the
    Layers Club.
  • Membership discounts may not be used in combination with other promotional offers or discounts.
  • To cancel your membership, you must provide a written notice 30 days before cancellation.
    Any unredeemed services will expire at termination.
  • Layers Spa reserves the right to cancel any membership at any time.
  • Layers Spa reserves the right to adjust membership pricing services with a 30 day notice.
  • Member discounts are not valid for gift card purchases.
  • All appointment times are subject to availability.
  • No-show appointments will be taken off as a service received. If there is no service in account to take
    away, the member will be charged for the amount of the service(s) that were booked.
  • Club services are available during business hours.
